You can apply for an invitationletter online during the registration process on thecongress website. The letters will be sent as e-mail attachments.It is understood that such an invitation is intendedto help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain avisa. This does not imply a commitment from the congressto provide any financial support.e VISAThe entry formalities for the Czech Republic vary accordingto the country <strong>of</strong> origin. <strong>Congress</strong> delegates are askedto address enquiries about entry and vaccination requirementsto the travel agent or to the local Czech Republicconsulate in the home country.e INSURANCEThe congress fee does not include insurance. All participantsshould arrange for their own insurance. Summersusually bring fine sunny days with highs being around25°C. Nights can be quite cool even in summer. Precipitationin Prague is rather low.
