On behalf of the European Society of Pathologyand the Society of Czech Pathologists, we would like towarmly invite you to join us in Prague and to be part ofthe largest gathering of pathologists in Europe in 2012. Itis 25 years since a European Congress of Pathology waslast held in Prague, in 1987 – those of you who had thechance to visit this city before will appreciate how muchhas changed since those times.Ales RyskaAs both the breadth and depth of information in pathology continues to grow enormously,we believe that we should devote our efforts to developing not only our routine dailypractice but also our scientific activity for the overall benefit of patients.
