Earlier he was also associated with Centre for ManagementDevelopment (CMD), Modinagar as a Director, and as a Director and Professor with Sri SharadaInstitute of Indian Management - Research, New Delhi.Dr. Chauhan has authored a book titled “Effective Leadership: Strategies for Better Results” andpublished 29 papers and articles in the well known journals. Before joining Asia Pacific Instituteof Management, He was associated with Aeronautical Industries in Maintenance, Overhauling,Manufacturing and Quality Assurance of Aircraft and its accessories, Corporate Training andDevelopment, Consultancy, Teaching and Research in Management and Managing of some ofthe reputed business schools in Bangalore like IBS, New Horizon College of Engineering andJaipur National University , Jaipur.Dr. Gupta has published 56 papers and articles in the well known journals. After completing her MBA from Banasthali Vidyapeeth, she has completed herdissertation for Ph.D. in Business Administration from Mohan Lal Sukhadiya University. Shealso holds an LL.B. from the same University. While doing her research work in the area ofImpact of Emotional and Spiritual Quotient on the success of successful working women, shehas also widely published papers in refereed national and international journals .Before joiningAIM; she had worked as a full time faculty at the JK Lakshmi University, Jaipur.Prof. Maheshwari supervised a huge number of MBA dissertation and projects.
