He completedhis Ph.D. from University of Azteca, Mexico; MBA from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, M.P.& Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) from M.S. University of Baroda, Gujarat. He has totalexperience of 11 years. He has taught Internationally at New York Institute of Technology(NYIT), Jordan, TAG University College of Business (TAGUCB), Bahrain. He also served asVice President Academics at TAG University, Jordan. He also served as a board member inTAG Creation, Jordan, a common hub for entrepreneurs meeting investors and mentors. InIndia he has taught at the premier Institutes: Amity University, Noida and Rayat Institute ofManagement, Punjab.Dr. Arora has published research papers both in National and International conferences heldin USA, Turkey, Cyprus, Germany, UAE and India. His research interest includes OperationManagement, Quality Control, Employee Motivation and Meta-Analysis. He has more than fourteen years ofexperience in research and academics with various management institutions.
