Place pork in acasserole dish.Add onion to pan and cookover low heat for 2-3 minutes.Add mushrooms and cook afurther 2-3 minutes.Add remaining ingredientsand bring to the boil, stirring.Pour into the casserole dish.Cover.Cook in preheated oven,160°C-170°C, for 1½ - 1¾hours or until pork is tender.Stir in sour cream or yoghurtbefore serving.
