As in the past, and during the time, thesecommunities ”shrink” geographical area, blurs the boundaries of countries in the world,greatly liberalizes or eliminate trade barriers, by simulating the development ofinternational trade among countries, advance and grow the international financialinstitutions, makes the people to communicate more easily and collaborate with greaterefficiency among them.About the concept of globalization in general dominates two categories of theories. Thegroup of the first theories is skeptical theorists, while different category represents agroup of theorists known as the optimistic theorists. Opinions of these two parties arecontradictory to one another.A similar situation seems to be in Kosovo. There are theories that support and glorify theeffects of the globalization in the Kosovo economy. They argue the positive effects of22
