TheWomen in Law Institute is a prominentexample of CWIL’s unique trainingprograms. The Institute is an all-day trainingsession for students and law clerks thatcombines lecture and small-group appliedlearning to teach effective communication,self-promotion, and internal and externalnetwork building.Since 2009, CWIL has trained morethan five hundred students and engagedtwo hundred practitioners as coaches. TheInstitute is held annually at the Universityof Texas School of Law, but also is heldat other schools and venues throughpartnerships with those institutions.
