9. We request that all items be removed the night of the auction.
10. Please pay attention to all conditions, restrictions, and
expiration dates on items and services. Gift certificates may
not include tax, gratuity, or alcoholic beverages and are not
redeemable for cash.
11. Dates of all trips and similar events must be mutually
arranged with the donor, unless otherwise noted. All
reservations should be made at least one month in advance.
No refunds are permitted for cancelled, lost, or unused tickets
and/or accommodations.
12. The Junior League of Seattle has attempted to describe
and/or catalog all items accurately, but all items are sold “as
is.” The Junior League of Seattle neither warrants nor
represents and shall in no event be responsible
for the correctness of the descriptions, genuineness,
authorship, provenance, or condition of the property. No
statement contained in this catalog or made orally at the sale
or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty, representation,
or assumption of liability.
13. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds unless
otherwise indicated.
14. The Junior League of Seattle reserves the right to withdraw
any item prior to bidding.
15. Each person issued a bid number (bidder) assumes all risks
and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the
auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any
liability arising there from the Junior League of Seattle,
its elected and appointed officials, members and employees,
the auctioneer(s), the auction company and its agents and
employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers
connected with the auction.
