a ddaw o’u proffesiynau i reoli poblogaeth heneiddiol sy’n ymdopi gyda chyflyrau<br />
cronig cynyddol mwyfwy cymhleth a sut y medrwn helpu i ddiwallu’r galw cynyddol<br />
ar wasanaethau.<br />

AHPs: Coleg Therapyddion Galwedigaethol, Cymdeithas Siartredig Ffisiotherapi,<br />
Coleg Brenhinol Therapyddion Iaith a Lleferydd, Cymdeithas Podiatrwyr a<br />
Chiropodyddion, Cymdeithas Radiograffwyr a’r Gymdeithas Ddieteteg Brydeinig.<br />

‘Defusing the Demographic Time Bomb’<br />
The Allied Health Professions (AHPs) will be hosting a round table to discuss what<br />
their professions bring to managing an ageing population coping with ever more<br />
complex chronic conditions and how we can help meet the increasing demand on<br />
services.<br />
Observers welcome<br />
AHPs: College of Occupational Therapists, Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Royal<br />
College of Speech and Language Therapists, Society of Podiatrists and Chiropodists,<br />
Society of Radiographers and The British Dietetic Association.<br />

Mae Age <strong>Cymru</strong> yn darparu gwybodaeth am chwe mater a nodwyd fel rhai pwysig<br />
gan bobl h ŷn: trafnidiaeth, urddas mewn iechyd, gofal cymdeithasol, eiriolaeth,<br />
toiledau cyhoeddus a chydraddoldeb oed. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys fideo ble bydd pobl<br />
h ŷn yn trafod y materion hyn.<br />

AGE CYMRU<br />
Opportunities: the age manifesto for the National Assembly<br />
Age <strong>Cymru</strong> provides information on six issues identified as important by older<br />
people: transport, dignity in healthcare, social care, advocacy, public toilets and age<br />
equality. This will include a short video in which older people discuss these issues in<br />
their own words.<br />
Tea, coffee and cakes will be provided<br />

Bydd mudiad ieuenctid <strong>Plaid</strong> <strong>Cymru</strong>, <strong>Cymru</strong>X, yn cynnal cyfarfod ymylol yn y<br />
Gynhadledd Wanwyn ar Ddydd Sadwrn, Mawrth 25 am 9.30 yn Ystafell Siapan.<br />
Bydd siaradwyr a thrafodaeth ynghyd â Chyfarfod Blynyddol Cyffredinol <strong>Cymru</strong>X ble<br />
cynhelir etholidau i’r swyddi ar y Pwyllgor Gwaith ar gyfer flwyddyn nesa’. Darperir<br />
lluniaeth ysgafn. Croeso i bawb!<br />
CYMRU X<br />
The <strong>Plaid</strong> <strong>Cymru</strong> youth wing, <strong>Cymru</strong>X, will hold its spring conference fringe on<br />
Saturday 25 th March at 9.30am in the Japan room. There will be speakers and a<br />
discussion as well as the <strong>Cymru</strong>X AGM where executive committee elections will<br />
be held for officer positions for the year ahead. Refreshments will be provided. All<br />
welcome!<br />
