1 Check ECTS fuse.<br />
R/B No. 2<br />
PREPARATION:<br />
Remove the ECTS fuse from the R/B No. 2.<br />
CHECK:<br />
Check the continuity of the ECTS fuse.<br />

Check for short in all harness and components<br />
connected to ECTS fuse.<br />

2 Check voltage between terminal +BM of ECM connector and body ground.<br />
LOCK<br />

PREPARATION:<br />
Remove the glove compartment (See page SF–63).<br />
CHECK:<br />
Measure the voltage between terminal +BM of the ECM connector<br />
and body ground.<br />
OK:<br />
Voltage: 9 – 14 V<br />
