f) <strong>Operational</strong> Performance<br />
Discussions with W & WW Supervisors is required for clarity of<br />
where all maintenance programs are documented<br />
All maintenance programs have been performed as per<br />
maintenance sheets, work orders and daily logs<br />
Any identified deficiencies or areas needing attention have been<br />
recorded and included as a capital project repair/replacement or<br />
scheduled for routine maintenance or included under annual<br />
operational budget for repair/<br />
g) Raw water supply and drinking water quality trends<br />
Results are provided from Accredited Operating Authority (Veolia<br />
Water) on a routine basis. <strong>County</strong> reviews and provides feedback<br />
as needed.<br />
<strong>County</strong> has monthly data/operations review meetings with<br />
operating authority and reiterated the importance of collecting,<br />
monitoring and reporting all raw water results<br />
<strong>County</strong> has requested sampling outside of regulatory requirements<br />
be conducted on raw water for Crypto/Giardia to improve<br />
characterization of raw water for log removal for disinfection<br />
practices (also a Continual Improvement)<br />
A Memorandum of Understanding exists between <strong>Haldimand</strong><br />
<strong>County</strong> and City of Hamilton that identifies both municipalities level<br />
of responsibility for water supply, treatment, monitoring and<br />
maintenance. This document is reviewed, at a minimum, annually<br />
with changes noted and final sign off by Senior Management from<br />
both Municipalities.<br />

k) The resources needed to maintain the <strong>QMS</strong><br />
The Existing DW<strong>QMS</strong> Capital Account will be closed effective<br />
December 31, 2012<br />
An Annual Operating Expense has been identified going forward to<br />
