“Green” News, Healthy Dining &
Convenient Workouts at Styertowne
In just the first few months of 2012, Styertowne Shopping
Center has already seen several changes. In addition to
“going green”, a new restaurant opened and an existing
fitness center has taken on more space.
Solar Project
In January, the Center’s solar project was completed. Three
hundred and twenty-five solar panels were installed on the roof
to provide energy to the elevator and front center canopy lights.
Although solar power is a relatively new energy source, the
advantages of solar power make it one of the most important
resources source available now and in the future.
Solar power is a renewable resource, is non-polluting and uses
free energy and heat from the sun. Solar cells require very little
maintenance and they can last a lifetime.
Muscle Maker Grill
Styertowne shoppers are invited to visit the new Muscle Maker
Grill, to enjoy the same convenience of fast food without the
unwanted fats, oils and carbohydrates. Muscle Maker Grill uses
only lean chicken breast, USDA steak, turkey meat and turkey
bacon. The menu features whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread
and brown rice. They use no-fat sour cream, low fat cheeses, fatfree
and low-carb salad dressings, no-cream vodka sauces. Their
“famous signature sauce”
is zero carb. Sauces and
dressings are 100% gluten
free and have zero trans-fat.
Rod Silva founded Muscle Maker
Grill in 1995 with the goal of offering
a nutritious alternative to fast food restaurants. The restaurant
became a franchise in 2007. Muscle Maker Grill is another

its space in order to accommodate the increasing demand for
