BOB GUARINI<br />

Area Scout<br />

Bob Guarini is in his 13th season as an area scout for the <strong>Colts</strong>. He previously<br />

worked as area scout for the Carolina Panthers from 1994-98. His main responsibility<br />

with the Panthers was evaluating talent in the midwest, including the Big<br />

Ten. He was offensive coordinator and Asst. AD at Western Connecticut State<br />

University (1992-93) after spending the previous eight seasons at Davidson<br />

College in the same capacity (1984-91). He has also held coaching positions at<br />

the United States Merchant Marine Academy (1974-75), the New York Institute<br />

of Technology (1976), C.W. Post (1977-79) with former <strong>Colts</strong> Director of Football<br />

Operations Dom Anile, and Rutgers University (1980-83). Guarini earned a bachelor’s degree in physical<br />

education from the College of Sante Fe and a master’s degree from Cortland State. Guarini and<br />

his wife, Janet, reside in Blue Point, N.Y.<br />

BYRON LUSBY<br />

Area Scout<br />

Byron Lusby is in his 15th season in the <strong>Colts</strong>’ scouting department, his 14th as<br />

an area scout. Lusby joined the club’s scouting department in 1997. He graduated<br />

from the University of Oklahoma in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in<br />

Communication Sciences and Disorders. Lusby was born August 21, 1972, in<br />

Lawton, Oklahoma. He is married to the former Tenika Green of Houston, Texas.<br />

They reside with their daughter, Brynn Elizabeth, and son, Noah Miles, in Frisco,<br />

Texas.<br />

MATT TERPENING<br />

Area Scout<br />

Matt Terpening is in his 14th season in the <strong>Colts</strong> scouting department, his 12th as<br />

an area scout. He graduated from Xavier (Ohio) University in 1998 with a bachelor’s<br />

degree in sports management. Terpening was a member of the Xavier basketball<br />

team that reached the NCAA tournament in 1997 and 1998. The Musketeers<br />

also captured the Atlantic-10 Conference Tournament championship in 1998. He<br />

served as a summer intern in the <strong>Colts</strong> public relations office in 1997. He was a<br />

ballboy for the club in high school. His father is Bob Terpening, former <strong>Colts</strong><br />

Executive Vice President. Terpening was born June 25, 1976, in Baltimore,<br />

Maryland, and is married to Coral Pyck of Ft. Wayne. They reside in Fishers with their daughters, Stella<br />

and Gwenyth.<br />

JAMIE MOORE<br />

Area Scout<br />

Jamie Moore is in his sixth season in the <strong>Colts</strong>’ scouting department, his third as<br />

an area scout. He served as a <strong>Colts</strong> scouting assistant from 2006-08. Moore previously<br />

served as recruiting assistant at Ball State from 2004-05. He also was a<br />

football operations/player personnel intern with the Buffalo Bills in the summer of<br />

2005. Moore graduated from Tiffin University with a bachelor’s degree in sport<br />

management. He also was a defensive back at Tiffin from 2000-03. Moore was<br />

born September 20, 1981 in Tiffin, Ohio. Jamie and his wife, Elizabeth, reside<br />

in Indianapolis.<br />
