LARRY C. HALL<br />
Vice President of Ticket Operations/Guest Services<br />
Larry Hall is in his 28th season with the <strong>Colts</strong> (29th in NFL), his 12th as Vice<br />
President of Ticket Operations/Guest Services. In 2009, Hall also was named <strong>Colts</strong><br />
Liaison to the NFL for Fan Conduct and Security. Communication with Lucas Oil<br />
Stadium, NFL security, local public safety officials and Federal Homeland Security<br />
officials are a part of his expanded role. Hall was named Director of Ticket<br />
Operations in 1997 after serving 13 seasons as Ticket Manager. He worked in the<br />
ticket office with the Cincinnati Bengals prior to becoming the <strong>Colts</strong>’ first Ticket<br />
Manager in 1984. With the <strong>Colts</strong>, Hall has overseen ticketing for the opening of<br />
two different stadiums, the RCA Dome in 1984 and Lucas Oil Stadium in 2008. He<br />
has created programs in the areas of guest relations, select-a-seat-days, seat improvement and additions<br />
processes, customer relationship representatives, on-line account managing and the gameday <strong>Colts</strong> Guest<br />
Relations Staff. Hall also served on the NFL Flexible Scheduling Task Force. Hall holds a bachelor's degree<br />
in business-marketing from the University of Cincinnati. He was born May 13, 1960 in Cincinnati, Ohio.<br />
Hall and his wife, Donna, reside in Carmel. They have two children, Adam (26) and Lauren (21).<br />
KURT HUMPHREY<br />
Vice President of Finance<br />
Kurt Humphrey is in his 28th season with the <strong>Colts</strong>, his 13th as Vice President of<br />
Finance. Humphrey served the prior 15 seasons as Controller. He oversees all<br />
daily financial business operations. Humphrey worked from 1979-82 with Ernst<br />
and Young and from 1982-84 with Baldwin and Lyons prior to joining the <strong>Colts</strong> in<br />
1984. Humphrey holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ball State<br />
University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American<br />
Institute of C.P.A.s. Humphrey has served on various Noble of Indiana Boards and<br />
Committees since 1986. Humphrey was born August 19, 1957 in Muncie. He has<br />
three children, Rob (31), Breanne (29) and Abby (25), and resides in Avon.<br />
GREG HYLTON<br />
Vice President of Premium Seating and Ticket Sales<br />
Greg Hylton is in his 15th season with the <strong>Colts</strong>, his sixth as Vice President of<br />
Premium Seating and Ticket Sales. Hylton served as Director of Ticket Sales and<br />
Marketing from 2001-05, Director of Ticket Sales from 1998-00 and Group Sales<br />
Manager from 1997-98. He holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications and<br />
psychology from Indiana University. He worked with the Indiana Pacers from 1990-<br />
91 and with the Indianapolis Ice from 1991-97. Hylton was born June 22, 1968,<br />
in Brownsburg. Hylton and his wife, Terri, reside with their daughters, Taylor<br />
(12/26/97), and Brynn (10/9/99), in Avon.<br />
JAY SOUERS<br />
Vice President of Sponsorship Sales<br />
Jay Souers is in his 15th season with the <strong>Colts</strong>, his sixth as Vice President of<br />
Sponsorship Sales. He served as Executive Director of Sponsorship Sales from<br />
2000-2005, as Director of Sponsorship Sales in 1999 and account manager in<br />
1997-98. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana University. He<br />
was born April 9, 1955 in Bloomington. Souers and his wife, Julie, reside in<br />
Indianapolis. They have 20-year-old triplets, Amy, Kol and Kody, who attend<br />
Indiana University.<br />
