2 0 1 1 I N D I A N A P O L I S C O L T S C O L T S P U B L I C R E L A T I O N S AVIS ROPER Senior Director of Communications Avis Roper is in his first season with the Colts as Senior Director of Communications. He previously spent time as Assistant Director of Communications and then Corporate Communications with the New York Giants (1999-2011). Roper has also worked in the communications departments of the Carolina Panthers (1996-97) and St. Louis Rams (1998). Roper has worked on the NFL public relations staff at two Super Bowls and three NFC Championship games. In 2001, Roper was part of the Giants' public relations crew that won the Pete Rozelle Award, honoring the league's best Public Relations department. A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Roper is an alumnus of South Carolina State University. Roper and his wife, Catherine, have two children, Grayson (4) and Sydney (1). MATT TAYLOR Assistant Director of Communications Matt Taylor is entering his first season as Assistant Director of Communications for the Indianapolis Colts. He is responsible for facilitating interviews of players and coaches for media members, as well as preparing members of the organization for media appearances. Prior to coming to Indianapolis, he spent three seasons with the Washington Redskins, where he worked as a media relations assistant and served as a liaison between the team and local and national media members. Matt has worked Super Bowls XLIV and XLV and has assisted in campaigns which helped nine Redskins earn Pro Bowl selections. Matt holds a Communications degree from Virginia Tech and a Masters of Business Administration from The George Washington University. MATT CONTI Football Communications Manager Matt Conti enters his first season with the Indianapolis Colts as Football Communications Manager. In this role, Conti will assist the Senior Director of Communications, handle team publications and work with local and national media covering the team. Prior to joining the Colts, he spent three seasons with the Atlanta Falcons public relations staff (2007-09) and was most recently with the Atlanta Thrahsers (2010) of the NHL. Conti’s professional experience also includes two seasons as the public relations intern with the Cleveland Browns following his graduation from Penn State University in 2005. A native of State College, PA, Conti and his wife, Robin, reside in Carmel. PAMELA HUMPHREY Public Relations Coordinator Pamela Humphrey is in her 25th season with the Indianapolis Colts and 24th working in the Public Relations department. In 1996, the Colts won the Pete Rozelle Award, an annual honor from the Professional Football Writer's Association to the NFL's top PR staff. She has spent some of her free time volunteering for various local charities which include The Day Springs Center, Children's Bureau of Indianapolis, and Ruth Lilly Hospice. Pamela is currently a committee member for the Indy Super Cure Awareness Campaign for the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl Host Committee and the Susan G. Komen Tissue Bank. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Harrison College. Pamela is a native and resident of Indianapolis. 38

HALL Vice President of Ticket Operations/Guest Services Larry Hall is in his 28th season with the Colts (29th in NFL), his 12th as Vice President of Ticket Operations/Guest Services. In 2009, Hall also was named Colts Liaison to the NFL for Fan Conduct and Security. Communication with Lucas Oil Stadium, NFL security, local public safety officials and Federal Homeland Security officials are a part of his expanded role. Hall was named Director of Ticket Operations in 1997 after serving 13 seasons as Ticket Manager. He worked in the ticket office with the Cincinnati Bengals prior to becoming the Colts’ first Ticket Manager in 1984. With the Colts, Hall has overseen ticketing for the opening of two different stadiums, the RCA Dome in 1984 and Lucas Oil Stadium in 2008. He has created programs in the areas of guest relations, select-a-seat-days, seat improvement and additions processes, customer relationship representatives, on-line account managing and the gameday Colts Guest Relations Staff. Hall also served on the NFL Flexible Scheduling Task Force. Hall holds a bachelor's degree in business-marketing from the University of Cincinnati. He was born May 13, 1960 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Hall and his wife, Donna, reside in Carmel. They have two children, Adam (26) and Lauren (21). KURT HUMPHREY Vice President of Finance Kurt Humphrey is in his 28th season with the Colts, his 13th as Vice President of Finance. Humphrey served the prior 15 seasons as Controller. He oversees all daily financial business operations. Humphrey worked from 1979-82 with Ernst and Young and from 1982-84 with Baldwin and Lyons prior to joining the Colts in 1984. Humphrey holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ball State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of C.P.A.s. Humphrey has served on various Noble of Indiana Boards and Committees since 1986. Humphrey was born August 19, 1957 in Muncie. He has three children, Rob (31), Breanne (29) and Abby (25), and resides in Avon. GREG HYLTON Vice President of Premium Seating and Ticket Sales Greg Hylton is in his 15th season with the Colts, his sixth as Vice President of Premium Seating and Ticket Sales. Hylton served as Director of Ticket Sales and Marketing from 2001-05, Director of Ticket Sales from 1998-00 and Group Sales Manager from 1997-98. He holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications and psychology from Indiana University. He worked with the Indiana Pacers from 1990- 91 and with the Indianapolis Ice from 1991-97. Hylton was born June 22, 1968, in Brownsburg. Hylton and his wife, Terri, reside with their daughters, Taylor (12/26/97), and Brynn (10/9/99), in Avon. JAY SOUERS Vice President of Sponsorship Sales Jay Souers is in his 15th season with the Colts, his sixth as Vice President of Sponsorship Sales. He served as Executive Director of Sponsorship Sales from 2000-2005, as Director of Sponsorship Sales in 1999 and account manager in 1997-98. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana University. He was born April 9, 1955 in Bloomington. Souers and his wife, Julie, reside in Indianapolis. They have 20-year-old triplets, Amy, Kol and Kody, who attend Indiana University. 39
