When a small golden box containing dental remains of the Buddha is stolen and its guardian monks murdered; it is the surviving combatant monk, Pon's, duty to recover the holy item and avenge his brother monks. Pon leaves his secluded monastery in the Cardamom jungle to search of the man responsible. He enters Cambodia, where he finds the employer of, Dam, the man who committed the crime, but Dam has already fled, taking the box. Spock, Stu, and Nick are three lovable English rogues who are enjoying a holiday experience of a lifetime in Pattaya, in southeast Thailand. While enjoying a raucous night out, they accidentally stumble across the holy box and, unaware of its sacred contents, replace them with Nicks knocked out dentures. Pon, after pursuing Dam to Pattaya, runs into Spock, Stu, and Nick. Calamity follows and they all get swept up into a new kind of adventure. The fun has just begun...

but to no avail, so he gave up, went inside, and drank more beer. Within<br />
ten minutes, the street swarmed with armed police, searching for the<br />
crazy man with a gun.<br />
Spock recently finished a relationship with his long-time girlfriend,<br />
who decided after ten years together that she didn’t really like him. She<br />
did, however, like her boss at the fish-processing factory where she<br />
worked. She even liked his new black eye and crooked nose, courtesy<br />
of Spock.<br />
Stu found a flight on the internet to Pattaya via Bangkok. After finding<br />
out this was in Thailand, advertised as the ‘Land of Smiles’, and<br />
because they thought that it looked tropical enough and it was cheap,<br />
they booked a return flight from Manchester. They had spoken to<br />
several local lads who had been to Pattaya, who told them it was the<br />
dogs bollix.<br />
Stu took a hot shower, pulled on his jeans and a thick shirt, and made<br />
himself a cup of tea. He opened a tin of dog food, which he scooped<br />
into a bowl. Leaving Chunky with her snout buried in the food, he went<br />
into living room. He sat in his armchair and went through everything in<br />
his mind. Bags packed, check. Tickets, passport, traveller’s cheques,<br />
check. Condoms, check. Dog food, 16 days supply, check. Train tickets,<br />
check. He knew that he had forgotten something, but couldn't think<br />
what. Then he realised. “Shit!” He got out of his armchair and raced off<br />
downstairs.<br />
“Spock, are you awake!” He bellowed through the door of the<br />
downstairs flat.<br />
“Yes matey...I’ll be up in ten minutes.”
