When a small golden box containing dental remains of the Buddha is stolen and its guardian monks murdered; it is the surviving combatant monk, Pon's, duty to recover the holy item and avenge his brother monks. Pon leaves his secluded monastery in the Cardamom jungle to search of the man responsible. He enters Cambodia, where he finds the employer of, Dam, the man who committed the crime, but Dam has already fled, taking the box. Spock, Stu, and Nick are three lovable English rogues who are enjoying a holiday experience of a lifetime in Pattaya, in southeast Thailand. While enjoying a raucous night out, they accidentally stumble across the holy box and, unaware of its sacred contents, replace them with Nicks knocked out dentures. Pon, after pursuing Dam to Pattaya, runs into Spock, Stu, and Nick. Calamity follows and they all get swept up into a new kind of adventure. The fun has just begun...

Somchay noticed a change in the aroma within the temple. The fragrant<br />
jasmine was replaced by something that he’d come across before. It<br />
smelt similar to the sweet nutty scent given off by cakes at the village<br />
bakery; almonds. However, he knew this wasn’t cake, but something<br />
more modern and far more sinister.<br />
The wispy curls of vapour emanating from essence sticks, suddenly<br />
erupted into large plumes of smoke. Somchay cried out, clasping the<br />
holy box to his chest. The other monks now got to their feet, rushing<br />
toward their Prime Master. Confusion reigned as one by one, the<br />
coughing, spluttering monks fell to the floor.<br />
Somchay fell against the golden statue of the Buddha. Unable to see<br />
through the haze in the now smoke filled temple, he could hear his<br />
brother monks coughing and convulsing, fighting desperately for their<br />
lives. He clutched onto the holy box as darkness enveloped him. A<br />
hooded monk then came over to his lifeless body, prising the small<br />
golden box from his hand.<br />
