Know all Men by these Presents, That Jacob Amstutz and Henrietta Amstutz his wife , of the County of Isabella and
State of Michigan legal heirs and representatives of Peter Luginbuhl late of Holmes Co Ohio deceased in consideration
of the sum of four hundred fifty and 25/100 Dollars, in hand paid by Frederick Luginbuhl of the County of Holmes
and State of Ohio do hereby REMISE, RELEASE, AND FOREVER QUIT-CLAIM unto the said Frederick Lubenbuhl
his heirs and assigns, forever, all our TITLE, INTEREST, AND ESTATE, legal and equitable, in the following
premises, with the appurtenances, situate in the County of Holmes and State of Ohio, and bounded and described as
follows:
Being the east part of Military lot 71033.3d quarter 10? township 9? range Commencing at the South east corners of
said lot thence west 93 perches & 12 links to a post on the South line of Said lot thence North 67 perches to a post
thence North 54? east one hundred perches to a post on the north line of Same lot, thence east 12 perches to the north
east corner of Said lot thence South one hundred perches to the place of beginning containing forty one 97/100 acres
more or less. Also the west part of lot No 32 Commencing at the South west corner thence North 100 perches to the
North west corner of Said lot thence east 60 perches & 20 links to a post on the South line of Same lot thence South 56
perches & 12 links to a post thence North 70 1/2? east 33 perches & 12 links to a post, thence South 52 perches to a
post on the South line of Same lot thence west 25 perches to a post on the South line of Same lot thence North 20
perches to a post thence west 56 perches to a post, thence South 20 perches to a post on the South line of Same lot,
thence west 43 perches to the place of beginning containing fifty four acres more or less
Also the Southeast part of lot No 34. Commencing at the Southeast corner of Said of Said [sic] thence west 12 perches
to a post on the South line thence North 27 perches to a post thence North 73? east 12 perches to a post on the east line
of Same lot thence South 31 perches to the place of beginning containing two 17/100 acres more or less.
Also the Southwest part of lot No 31. Commencing at the Southwest corner of Said lot thence North 4 perches to a
post on the west line of lot No 31 thence South 68 1/4? east 11 perches & 17 links to a post on the South line of Said
lot no 31. thence west 10 perches & 24 links to the place of beginning containing fourteen hundredth of an acre more
or less
The whole of the above described and hereby conveyed tracts of land are estimated to contain ninety Eight 28/100
acres more or less. A certain right of way on lot no 32 (on 59 acre tract) as described in a deed from John Strahm to
Peter Lugenbuhl dated December 9? 1844, and recorded in Millersburg in Vol 10 Page 397 is hereby and herein
excepted.

having a seal do hereby certify that C A Brown whose name is subscribed to the certificate or proof of
acknowledgement of the annexed instrument and therein written was at the time of taking Such proof or
acknowledgement a notary public in and for Said county duly commissioned and qualified and duly authorized to take
the Same And further that I am acquainted with the hand writing of Such notary public and verify believe that the
Signature to the Said certificate or proof of acknowledgement is Genuine I further certify that Said instrument is
executed and acknowledged according to the laws of this State. In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and
