Know all Men by these Presents, That We Matilda Aultman and G. J. Hoffman and Lulu Huffman his wife, of the<br />

County of Holmes and State of Ohio in consideration of the sum of one Hundred and Eighty two Dollars in hand paid<br />

by Frederick Luginbyhl of the County of Holmes and State of Ohio do hereby Remise, Release and Forever Quit-<br />

Claim unto the said Frederick Luginbyhl his heirs and assigns, forever, all their Title, Interest and Estate, legal and<br />

equitable in the following premises, with the appurtenances, situate in the County of Holmes and State of Ohio, and<br />

bounded and described as follows:<br />

Being the East part of Military Lot No 33. 3d quarter Township 10 & Rang 4 Commencing at the South East corner of<br />

Said Lot thence West 93 perches 12 links to a post on the South line of Said Lot thence North 37 perches to a post.<br />

Thence North 54? Est one hundred perches to the place of beginning containing Forty one 97/100 acres be the Same<br />

more or less.<br />

Also the West part of Lot No 32. Commencing at the South West Corner thence North 100 perches to the North West<br />

corner of Said Lot. Thence East 60 perches & 20 links to a post on the North line of Lot No 32, thence South 56<br />

perches & 12 links to a post, thence North 70 1/2? East 33 perches & 12 links to a post; thence South 52, perches to a<br />

post on the South line of Lot No 32. thence West 25 perches to a post on the South line of Same lot No 32. thence<br />

North 20 perches to a post. thence west 50 perches to a post. Thence South 20 perches to a post on the South line of lot<br />

No 32 thence West 43 perches to the place of beginning containing Fifty Four acres more or less.<br />

Also the South East part of Lot No 34, Commencing at the South East corner of Said lot thence west 12 perches to a<br />

post on the South line. Thence North 27 perches to a post. North 73? East 12 perches to a post on the East line of Said<br />

Lot No 34. thence South 31 perches to the place of beginning Containing two 17/100 acres more or less.<br />

Also the South West Corner of Lot No 31. Commencing at the South West Corner of Said Lot. Thence North 4<br />

perches to a post on the West line of Same Lot No 31. Thence South 68 ¼? East 11 perches & 17 links to a post on the<br />

South line of Same Lot 31. thence West 10 perches & 234 links to the place of beginning containing fourteen<br />

hundredths of an acre more or less.<br />

The whole of the above described & hereby conveyed tracts of land are estimated to contain Ninety Eight 28/100 acres<br />

of land be the Same more or less.<br />

A Certain right of way on Lot No 32. (On 54 acre tract) as described in a deed from John Strahm Sr. to Peter<br />

Luginbyhl dated December the 9? 1844, and Recorded in Millersburg in Vol 10 Page 397, is hereby and herein<br />

excepted.<br />
