Know all Men by these Presents, That Mary <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> Widow of and Peter <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> (deceased), his wife, of the<br />

County of Holmes and State of Ohio in consideration of the sum of Sixteen hundred Eight 22/100 Dollars, in hand<br />

paid by Fredrick <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> of the County of Holmes and State of Ohio do hereby REMISE, RELEASE, AND<br />

FOREVER QUIT-CLAIM unto the said Frederick <strong>Luginbuhl</strong> his heirs and assigns, forever, all her life dower TITLE,<br />

INTEREST, AND ESTATE, legal and equitable, in the following premises, with the appurtenances, situate in the<br />

County of Holmes and State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows:<br />

Being the East part of Military Lot No 33. 3rd quarter & 10th township & 4?Range Commencing at the South east<br />

corner of Said lot thence west 93 perches & 12 links to a post on the South line of Said lot thence North 37 perches to<br />

a post, thence North 54? east one hundred perches to a post on the north line of same lot thence east 12 perches to the<br />

northeast corner of same lot thence South one hundred perches to the place of beginning containing forty one 97/100<br />

acres more or less. Also, the west part of lot No 32. Commencing at the South west corner thence North 100 perches to<br />

the north west corner of Said lot thence east 60 perches and 20 links to a post on the north line of lot no 32 thence<br />

South 56 perches & 12 links to a post thence North 7 1/2?East 33 perches & 12 links to a post thence South 52 perches<br />

to a post on the South line of lot no 32 thence, west 25 perches to a post on the South line of Same lot No 32 thence<br />

north 20 perches to a post, thence west 56 perches to a post, thence South 20 perches to a post on the South line of lot<br />

No 32 thence west 43 perches to the place of beginning Containing fifty four acres more or less.<br />

Also the South East part of lot No 34. Commencing at the South east corner of said lot thence west 12perches to a post<br />

on the South line thence North 27 perches to a post; thence North 73? east 12 perches to a post on the east line of lot<br />

no 34, thence South 31 perches to the place of beginning containing two & 17/100 acres more or less<br />

Also the Southwest part of lot No 31. Commencing at the Southwest corner of Said lot thence North 4perches to a post<br />

on the west line of lot No 31. thence South 68 1/4? east 11 perches and 17 links to a post on the Southline of same lot<br />

No 31, thence west 10 perches and twenty four links to the place of beginning Containing fourteen hundredths of an<br />

acre more or less<br />

The whole of the above described and hereby conveyed tracts of land all estimated to contain ninety Eight 28/100<br />

acres of land be the Same more or less.<br />

A certain right of way on lot No 32, (on 59 acre tract) as described in a deed from John Strahm jr. to Peter <strong>Luginbuhl</strong><br />

dated December 9? 1844, and recorded in Millersburg in Vol 10. page 397 is hereby and herein excepted<br />

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, She has hereunto set her hand and seal this 8? day of April A.D. 1878<br />
