Champagne Sundays at Hidden Valley For summer fun

Sunday brunch
has been introduced at
Hidden Valley.
A buffet fit for a king is
being offered on Sunday
from 11 ajn. to 2:30
p.m., according to Keith
Gornick,' owner-

Open to Hidden Valley
members and the public
by reservation only, the
brunch will include a
cheese souffle, French'
crepes, scrambled eggs,
poached eggs, bacon,
sausage, corned beef
hash, creamed chipped
beef, braised tenderloin
tips, deep fried smelt,
fresh baked breads and
dessert pastries. .
A gourmet fniit and
salad table along with a
champagne fountain also
will be waiting for those
in search of a unique
