1° Adresser toute correspondance à: l'Imprimeur
de la Reine, Hôtel du Gouvernement,
Quél>ec.
2° Fournir le texte «le l'annonce dans les deux
langm's officielles. Lorsque celle-ci est envoyée
dans une seule langue, la traduction en est faite
aux frais des intéressés, d'après le tarif officiel.
3° Spécifier le nombre «1'insert ions.
4° Payer comptant et avant publication le coût
«les annonces, suivant le tarif ci-dessous. Cependant,
exception est faite lorsque ces annonces
doivent être publiées plusieurs fois. L'intéressé
doit alors acquitter la facture sur réception et
avant la deuxième insertion: sinon, cette dernière
insertion est suspendue, sans autre avis et sans
préjudice des droits de l'Imprimeur de la Reine
qui rembourse, chaque fois, s'il y a lieu, toute
somme versée en plus.
5° L'abonnement, la vente de documents, etc.,
sont strictement payables d'avance.
6° Toute remise doit être faite à l'ordre de
l'Imprimeur de la Reine, par chèque visé, par
mandat de banque ou mandat-poste.

PARTIES
1. Address all communications to: The Queen's
Printer, Parliament Buildings, Quebec.
2. Supply advertising copy in the two official
languages. When same is supplied in one
language only, the translation will be made at the
cost of the intereste«l parties, according t«> official
rates.
3. Specify the number of insertions.
4. Cash payment is exacted for advertising
copy before publication, according to the rates
hereinbelow set forth. Exception being made
when the said advertising copy is to be published
several times. The interested party shall then
pay upon reception of his account and before
the second insertion : otherwise this last insertion
will be suspende*! without further notice am!
without prejudice as regards the rights of the
Queen's Printer, who refunds, in all cases, over
payment, if any.
5. Subscriptions, sale of «locuments, etc., are
strictly payable in advance.
6. Remittance must be made to the order of
the Queen's Printer, by accepted cheque, by bank
or postal money order.
