New customer service all around<br />
Hannover<br />
Since 1st January 2014 the FAUN ZOELLER service base in Hannover-Hemmingen, with<br />
very good customer response, in the integrated service concept.<br />

A possible big close service as well as a<br />
quick reaction time for our customers<br />
in the Hannover region and in mid and<br />
south-eastern Lower Saxony is the basic<br />
idea from ZÖLLER-KIPPER GmbH for a<br />
service base greater Hannover. Due to<br />
the strategic alignment and logistically<br />
very good location of the site, both axes<br />
Bad Oldesloe-Mainz and Herne-Berlin<br />
are very well connected to each other<br />
and the distance between them is significantly<br />
reduced.<br />
The team in Hannover-Hemmingen<br />
launched a sales force service technician<br />
with a workshop manager/technician as<br />
well as in terms of sales the support for<br />
Lower Saxony. Since July 2015 there has<br />
been a back office technician on site<br />
due to the success and the greatly<br />
positive customer feedback in the team.<br />
Such as in the past, the area is also<br />
recognised by the external work technician<br />
for the northern branch support.<br />
Currently for the “Zweckverband Abfallwirtschaft<br />
Region Hannover (aha)”<br />
over the Hemmingen service base 12<br />
refuse collection vehicle XL-S of the ME-<br />
DIUM segments with the lifter system<br />
ROTARY 2405 on the ECONIC-chassis<br />
are ready for delivery. The vehicles are<br />
intended for the Laatzen removal area,<br />
in south Hannover. Here the diverse requirements,<br />
such as manual insert and<br />
diverse waste containers, are optimally<br />
and efficiently fulfilled through the RO-<br />
TARY 2405 Lifter system used and the<br />
MEDIUM XL-S construction.<br />
ZÖLLER-KIPPER GmbH wishes “aha—<br />
Abfallwirtschaft Region Hannover” a<br />
good drive every time, and to “always<br />
have enough water under the keel”<br />
and furthermore is looking forward to a<br />
very good collaboration with all Lower<br />
Saxon customers.<br />
