2.2.2 Hook Mounting Modules
Hook Modules includes two horizontal alignment pins that are designed to work with the hook type
tooling interfaces. The module includes mounting hardware, and is designed to mount directly to
the Post Module. The Hook Modules can be supplied as a stand alone unit and can be integrated
with customer specific fixtures. Rigid and compliant models are available. Compliance is factory
set for each of the compliant models. The module provides mounting for the debris shield actuator
and 18mm barrel proximity sensor.

2.2.3 Vertical Tooling Hook Plate Assembly
The Vertical Tooling Hook Plate Assembly attaches to the customer tooling, the Tool Changer is
attached to the customer tooling either directly or using an interface plate. The Vertical Tooling
Hook Plate Assembly has two hardened steel hooks that hang the tooling on the Hook Module. The
assembly is only used with the Hook Mounting Modules and provides mounting for a Tool Stand
Interlock Switch Assembly.

2.2.4 Tool Hook Modules
Tool Hook Modules must be attached to a Tooling Interface Plate and to the Tool Changer Tool
Plate. The customer tooling attaches to the Tooling Interface plate. The Tool Hook Modules have
two hardened steel hooks that hang the customer tooling on the Hook Module. The Tool Hook
Modules are only used with the Hook Mounting Modules and provide mounting for a Tool Stand
Interlock Switch Assembly.
