ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF WORKING OUT IN A WIDE VARIETY<br />
OF EARLY MORNING, DAYTIME & EVENING CLASSES.<br />
CARDIOMIX<br />
A dynamic fitness class that emphasizes<br />
proper form, safety and cardiovascular<br />
conditioning including options for intensity<br />
and complexity. Cardiovascular exercise is<br />
followed by a core conditioning segment and<br />
a relaxing stretch to finish class.<br />
STRENGTHMIX<br />
Strengthen and define your muscles, plus<br />
gain core stability and balance. This class uses<br />
balls and Therabands, as well as a variety of<br />
equipment such as hand weights. No cardio.<br />

20 minutes each of cardio, strength and core<br />
conditioning.<br />
STEP<br />
A fun, multi-level cardiovascular class with<br />
simple combinations on the step, followed by<br />
a deep stretch.<br />
NEW! BARBELL CHALLENGE<br />
A full-body, strength-based workout using<br />
special barbells with adjustable weight. No<br />
experience with barbells is necessary to<br />
participate.<br />
NEW! H.I.I.T.<br />
High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) takes<br />
your fitness to the next level by working the<br />
anaerobic system with short but powerful<br />
movements which also develop strength<br />
and endurance. Classes may include drills,<br />
TABATA, skipping and body weight exercises.<br />

GINETTE’S VARIETY<br />
International Fitness Presenter, Ginette<br />
DesLauriers, presents her weekly variety class<br />
that includes Kardio Knockout, Top Gun and<br />
Rock Bottom, Roller Coaster, Urban Tai Chi<br />
and more! Join Ginette for something new and<br />
exciting every week.<br />
CARDIO KICKBOX<br />
Jabs, hooks, uppercuts, bobs and weaves!<br />
A workout with technique, power, sweat,<br />
intensity and fun.<br />
BURN AND TONE<br />
Movements such as pushing, twisting<br />
squatting, and lunging are integrated to<br />
improve balance, endurance and strength.<br />
This class uses a variety of equipment.<br />
STEP BOOTCAMP<br />
Join Charles for an action-packed class<br />
including sequences on the step followed by<br />
drills and interval-training.<br />
ZUMBA<br />
An excitingly spicy, hip-swiveling workout<br />
where African, Caribbean and Latin dance<br />
moves are combined with aerobics and fitness,<br />
to create a perfectly toned body…without even<br />
realizing it! Join the party, now with additional<br />
