goal. Key <strong>the</strong>mes focused on holistic approaches<br />
<strong>and</strong> collaborations between <strong>the</strong> health <strong>and</strong> park<br />
sec<strong>to</strong>r, shared language <strong>and</strong> agendas, <strong>and</strong> new<br />
strategies for connecting children <strong>and</strong><br />
adolescents. Engaging in post disaster res<strong>to</strong>ration<br />
highlighted <strong>the</strong> power of both nature <strong>and</strong> people<br />
<strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> res<strong>to</strong>rative outcomes when joined.<br />
The paradigm shift will require managers in both<br />
sec<strong>to</strong>rs <strong>to</strong> step outside <strong>the</strong>ir comfort zones, <strong>and</strong> it<br />
will need recruitment for different skills, as well<br />
as a shift in culture that embraces new practises,<br />
meaningful community engagement, <strong>and</strong><br />
innovation.<br />
