1 Ved en endring i sykehusloven mv. ble kurpengesystemet for helseinstitusjonene med virkning fra 1. januar 1980 erstattet av en ny
finansieringsordning hvor trygdens tilskudd til institusjonene gis i form av et rammetilskudd til fylkeskommunene. Fylkeskommunene
vil selv være ansvarlige for fordelingen av de økonomiske ressursene mellom institusjonene og institusjonstyper.
'Effective 1 January 1980 a change in the Hospital Act etc. implies that the counties get a contribution from the National Insurance
Scheme which they will allocate to the different hospitals, institutions etc. in the county.
