The Technical University Berl<strong>in</strong> is known<br />

CONCEPT<br />

The New Concept<br />

of the fair <strong>Careers</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>IT</strong>, <strong>Technology</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />

Eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g significantly differs from<br />

other events <strong>in</strong> that sector, which draw<br />

masses of people. The goal is to <strong>in</strong>itiate<br />

contact <strong>and</strong> to recruite while focuss<strong>in</strong>g<br />

on a specific target group<br />

Match<strong>in</strong>g<br />

of subjects with sectors of <strong>in</strong>dustry<br />

is achieved by specializ<strong>in</strong>g with<strong>in</strong><br />

one sector. <strong>Careers</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>IT</strong>, <strong>Technology</strong><br />

<strong>and</strong> Eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g is organized focus<strong>in</strong>g<br />

specifically on chosen subjects <strong>and</strong><br />

br<strong>in</strong>gs together companies of each respective<br />

sector. Similar to the successful<br />

Branchentreff series, particular emphasis<br />

is laid on specification.<br />

From Students to Postdocs<br />

A focus on qualified target groups is<br />

what makes this event special. The advertis<strong>in</strong>g<br />

is oriented towards selected<br />

groups from the subjects <strong>IT</strong>, technology<br />

<strong>and</strong> eng<strong>in</strong>eer<strong>in</strong>g. The ma<strong>in</strong> idea is<br />

to br<strong>in</strong>g together a qualitative selection<br />

of companies <strong>and</strong> a qualitative selection<br />

of students, while address<strong>in</strong>g all<br />

academic levels.<br />

Strong Reference to the University<br />

A strong communication impact <strong>and</strong><br />

presence at the TU Berl<strong>in</strong>. The fair takes<br />

place directly <strong>in</strong> the Campus Charlottenburg<br />

Area: An area of 8m² will be reserved<br />

In order to ensure a smooth organization,<br />

To make the most out of your day, participation<br />

a number of pre-selected students. In<br />

close proximity to the ma<strong>in</strong> area of the<br />

fair, there are separated rooms for the<br />

<strong>in</strong>terviews at your disposal.<br />

InterviewBox<br />

In advance of the fair, you may arrange<br />

appo<strong>in</strong>tments with promis<strong>in</strong>g c<strong>and</strong>idates<br />

<strong>in</strong> order to <strong>in</strong>terview them on the<br />

day of the fair. Applicants forward their<br />

documents directly to you. Your e-mail<br />

address will be provided on the respective<br />

fair‘s website, <strong>in</strong> order for students<br />

to send their documents. Make sure to<br />

book an InterviewBox on time!<br />

Furnish<strong>in</strong>g<br />

The InterviewBox is located <strong>in</strong> proximity<br />

to the fair‘s ma<strong>in</strong> area <strong>and</strong> completely<br />

furnished for your purposes. If you<br />

wish, the box will be br<strong>and</strong>ed with your<br />

logo.<br />

Applicant Management<br />

Contact applicants easily <strong>and</strong> directly<br />

<strong>and</strong> coord<strong>in</strong>ate applications <strong>and</strong><br />

appo<strong>in</strong>tments with students. Therefore<br />

it would be best to determ<strong>in</strong>e <strong>in</strong> which<br />

ways you would like to be contacted by<br />

after the event, which <strong>in</strong> turn raises<br />

Take advantage of the event to <strong>in</strong>tensify<br />

im Folgenden „Messe“, ist e<strong>in</strong>e Veranstaltung<br />

der BSH - Beratung und Service für Hochschulen<br />

GmbH. Alle <strong>in</strong> diesem Dokument genannten<br />

Preise s<strong>in</strong>d als Nettopreise zu verstehen zuzüglich<br />

der gesetzlichen Umsatzsteuer von 19%.<br />

Die Anmeldung zur Recruit<strong>in</strong>gmesse erfolgt<br />

verb<strong>in</strong>dlich per Onl<strong>in</strong>ebuchung unter:<br />

Der E<strong>in</strong>kauf im Buchungsshop stellt rechtlich<br />

e<strong>in</strong>en Antrag auf Teilnahme an der Messe dar.<br />

Ausschlaggebend für die Buchungskategorie ist<br />

das Datum des Zugangs der Anmeldung beim<br />

Veranstalter.<br />

Rechtsverb<strong>in</strong>dlich wird der Anmeldungsantrag<br />

erst durch Rückbestätigung durch den Veranstalter.<br />

Die M<strong>in</strong>destteilnehmerzahl e<strong>in</strong>er Recruit<strong>in</strong>gmesse<br />

beträgt fünf Unternehmen, die maximale<br />

Teilnehmerzahl rekrutierender Unternehmen<br />

30, Medienpartner ausgeschlossen.<br />

Rücktritt:<br />

Bei Rücktritt nach Buchungsbestätigung wird<br />

e<strong>in</strong>e Pauschale von 75 Prozent des Basispreises<br />

fällig, EUR 1.867,50 (zuzüglich der gesetzlichen<br />

Umsatzsteuer).<br />

Bemessungsgrundlage ist der reguläre Tarif der<br />

Messe (St<strong>and</strong>platz). Bei Rücktritt von Sonderleistungen<br />

wie Company Insight wird e<strong>in</strong>e Pauschale<br />

von jeweils EUR 200,00 fällig. Bei Rücktritt<br />

von zusätzlichen Buchungen des Pr<strong>in</strong>t Media<br />

Packages wird nach Druckschluss der volle<br />

Betrag fällig.<br />

Garantierte Messeleistungen:<br />

Unter die garantierten Leistungen der Messen<br />

fallen die Bereitstellung e<strong>in</strong>es St<strong>and</strong>platzes mit<br />

zwei mal vier Metern. Die Veranstaltung wird<br />

angemessen beworben.<br />

Onl<strong>in</strong>e Media Package:<br />

Das Onl<strong>in</strong>e Media Package be<strong>in</strong>haltet die Veröffentlichung<br />

der Kontakt<strong>in</strong>formationen des<br />

Unternehmens (Firmenname, Kontakt-Adressen,<br />

Ansprechpartner, soweit gewünscht), die<br />

Veröffentlichung e<strong>in</strong>es Onl<strong>in</strong>e-Firmenprofils mit<br />

m<strong>in</strong>destens e<strong>in</strong>er Seite Firmenprofil (Inhalte s<strong>in</strong>d<br />

vom Unternehmen fristgemäß zu übermitteln),<br />

bis zu 10 kostenfreie Stellenanzeigen im digitalen<br />

Job Board.<br />

Pr<strong>in</strong>t Media Package:<br />

Das Pr<strong>in</strong>t Media Package ist <strong>in</strong> drei Buchungsmöglichkeiten<br />

zu bestellen und bezieht sich<br />

auf den Messekatalog, der mit e<strong>in</strong>er Auflage<br />

von m<strong>in</strong>destens 2.500 Stück gedruckt wird.<br />

Das St<strong>and</strong>ard-Paket be<strong>in</strong>haltet die Veröffentlichung<br />

e<strong>in</strong>es Firmenprofils auf e<strong>in</strong>er halben<br />

DIN-A5-Seite mit Firmenlogo. Diese Formatierung<br />

entspricht e<strong>in</strong>em Textbaukasten von 50<br />

mm (Breite) mal 195 mm (Höhe). Das Advanced-<br />

Paket enthält das St<strong>and</strong>ard-Paket (s.o.) zuzüglich<br />

zur Durchführung e<strong>in</strong>er Firmenpräsentation<br />

für Messebesucher. Technische Hilfsmittel<br />

wie Beamer oder Lautsprecher werden bereit<br />

gestellt.<br />

InterviewBox:<br />

Garantierte Leistung der InterviewBox ist die<br />

Nutzung durch e<strong>in</strong> Unternehmen über e<strong>in</strong>en<br />

Zeitraum von maximal 120 M<strong>in</strong>uten zur Führung<br />

von E<strong>in</strong>zelgesprächen mit Bewerbern. E<strong>in</strong>e Zahl<br />

von Bewerbern für die Gespräche wird nicht<br />

garantiert. Das Zeitfenster zur Nutzung der Box<br />

wird vom Veranstalter festgelegt.<br />

St<strong>and</strong>zuweisung:<br />

Die St<strong>and</strong>zuweisung sowie die Zuweisung der<br />

InterviewBox erfolgt durch den Messeveranstalter<br />

nach dem First-Come-First-Serve-Pr<strong>in</strong>zip. Alle<br />

Stände sowie die InterviewBoxes s<strong>in</strong>d gleichwertig.<br />

E<strong>in</strong> Unternehmen hat durch die Buchung<br />

ke<strong>in</strong> Anrecht auf e<strong>in</strong>en bestimmten Messeplatz.<br />

Zahlungsbed<strong>in</strong>gungen:<br />

Das Zahlungsziel ist 60 Tage nach Zugang der<br />

Rechnung. Der Rechnungsbetrag ist ohne<br />

Abzüge fällig und richtet sich nach der jeweiligen<br />

Buchungskategorie. Bei nicht fristgemäßer<br />

Zahlung behält sich der Aussteller e<strong>in</strong>en<br />

Ausschluss von der Messe vor.<br />

Verhalten auf der Messe:<br />

Das Unternehmen beachtet die geltenden<br />

Sicherheits- und Br<strong>and</strong>schutzbestimmungen<br />

des Veranstalters und verhält sich <strong>in</strong> der Weise,<br />

dass e<strong>in</strong> sicherer und geordneter Messeablauf<br />

Veranstalter zur Verfügung gestellte, kostenlose<br />

Mobiliar ist mit gebotener Sorgfalt zu beh<strong>and</strong>eln.<br />

Den Anweisungen des Veranstalters ist<br />

Folge zu leisten; bei groben Verstößen gegen<br />
