participants is reached, you receive a
booking confirmation.
Your Data
In order to update the data of your
profile, you will receive a form that you
can fill in easily.
Data Check & Going Live
Before your profile will be published
online or the brochure including your
profile will be printed, you receive all
the information you sent us for a final
check. With going public, we start
advertising the event including your
company through all our channels,
partners and multipliers.
Logistics Service
All details concerning timing and
technical planning will be coordinated
with you and your logistics team.
You receive all important information
about the day of the fair in the form
of a confirmation and briefing for your
colleagues at the booth.
After-Fair-Service
For your own record and reports, you
have the possibility to have photos
of your booth or press releases about
your recruiting event sent to you. If you
have other requests after the fair, we
are happy to help. Constantly seeking
improvement, we would be happy to
have your feedback and evaluation of
the fair and of our services.
Promotion Service
Even during the phase of advertising,
you can always inform us about
spontaneous changes of your profile or
website.
