DAY OF THE FAIR<br />
In order to ensure a smooth organization,<br />
possibly occur<strong>in</strong>g critical phases<br />
of the event have to be managed with<br />
care. We assist you to make sure your<br />
day will be stress-free <strong>and</strong> efficient.<br />
Shipp<strong>in</strong>g & Delivery of Your Equipment<br />
If desired, we will contact your logistics<br />
team <strong>in</strong> order to coord<strong>in</strong>ate the<br />
assembly <strong>and</strong> therefore to guarantee a<br />
smooth procedure. Moreover, you can<br />
have your equipement delivered <strong>in</strong> the<br />
morn<strong>in</strong>g <strong>and</strong> have it picked up <strong>in</strong> the<br />
even<strong>in</strong>g after the fair.<br />
Time Schedule<br />
The fair starts on the day of the fair at 12<br />
p.m. <strong>and</strong> ends at approximately 6 p.m.<br />
Accord<strong>in</strong>gly, you have enough time to<br />
arrive at <strong>and</strong> depart from the university<br />
<strong>and</strong> to conduct <strong>in</strong>terviews <strong>and</strong> present<br />
your company.<br />
Cater<strong>in</strong>g<br />
Dur<strong>in</strong>g the whole day of the fair, you<br />
will get snacks <strong>and</strong> beverages delivered<br />
to your booth by our service team.<br />
Assembly <strong>and</strong> Dismantl<strong>in</strong>g<br />
Smaller booths can be put up by<br />
yourself <strong>and</strong> your colleagues, if desired.<br />
