A team of engineers from each business line is dedicated entirely to environmental issues and sustainable development.
They structure and formalize the commitment of all subsidiaries of the group to Health, Safety, Environment in the
day-to-day operation of the company, client communication and the integration and promotion of sustainable criteria
and requirements in the design of projects.
RESEARCH &
DEVELOPMENT
In relation to sustainable development,
R&D focuses on:
technical innovation on operational projects through
specifi c methods, materials or products/systems/
processes
innovation at the request of or in anticipation of specifi c
needs from clients for future projects
amendments in project management, optimizing the
organization, methods of construction, temporary
works and global monitoring for all phases of the
works and life cycle of the projects.
As current exemples, we can quote the
development of:
softwares for dimensioning soil reinforcement
(Geobolt) or allowing the determination of maximal
settlement of soil after construction (Geofond)
research of sea waves energy production coupled with
off-shore wind mills
materials adapted to long span signature roofi ngs.
