company. More than 180 senior managers own
90.5% of the share capital and, through a Common
Placement Fund, 800 permanent staff own 9.5%
of the share capital.

Education and training
INGÉROP Group encourages some of its experts to lecture in French and international engineering schools and
institutes. Throughout world, the Group sponsors students in the course of their scholastic programmes and hosts
trainees doing practicals. 3% of the yearly remuneration budget is dedicated to internal training.
