Project Highlight<br />
apartments ranging from 797 sq ft to 1,202 sq ft and priced between<br />
RM672,300 and RM1 million. The units come fully-fitted with<br />
innovative space-saving furnitures and owners can practically move<br />
in with just their luggage. The target date of completion for Tower D<br />
is around 2018.<br />
The project is located adjacent to residential hubs like Subang,<br />
Klang, Sunway and Petaling Jaya. In future, it will be linked by three<br />
new LRT stations: Kelana Jaya Centre Point, Subang Jaya and LRT Line<br />
3 Glenmarie station (Bandar Utama to Klang) – and the Damansara-<br />
Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH).<br />
The project developer is Paramount Property, an award winning<br />
developer with a 35-year track record for building homes in Klang<br />
Valley and Sungei Petani. From its beginnings as a township developer,<br />
