For special applications in complex projects, the
Tyrolit Project Services Team delivers sophisticated
solutions that can be adequately adjusted to the customer’s
requirements. In addition to the classic concrete drilling and
cutting equipment, for example, we offer our customers
drilling systems for large-scale drilling diameters and depths,
curved tracks or pile cutters for separating pipes and pillars.
The adaptation of the products is usually fast and straightforward
– true to Tyrolit’s philosophy to support customers to get
their job done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The professional partner in controlled decommissioning
Tyrolit is an especially strong partner in the controlled
decommissioning of nuclear power plants and offshore
facilities – the supreme discipline of special construction
projects. In such high-stakes operations, not only an extremely
professional manner of proceeding, but also a great deal of
experience is required, no matter where these projects take
place. In the past, Tyrolit has already supported customers all
over the globe, for instance with the restoration of water dams
in Australia and South America, with underwater-cutting in the
Atlantic Ocean, or with the decommissioning of nuclear power
plants like the one in Belene (Bulgaria).

The unique ATEX-certified wire saw system by Tyrolit is mainly used for cutting pipes
or other steel structures in working environments where explosion-hazardous gases
can escape. Tyrolit is the first supplier worldwide to fulfil the stringent European Union
explosion protection directive.
