• Colleen leads the US Education Practice P-20W Collaborations at SAS, the world’s largest privately held software<br />
company. She directs a team tasked with developing and nurturing a portfolio of strategic collaborations and special<br />

projects that start with the learner at the center and expand outward to the relationships, resources and<br />
organizations that support a learner’s preparedness for school, life, college or career.<br />
• Throughout Colleen's 28+ years at SAS, several labels have been attributed to her: "Leader", "Visionary",<br />
"Intrapreneur", and most recently, "Boundary Spanner". As the Director of US Education Practice P-20W<br />
Collaborations, she exemplifies accountability for meeting goals and objectives; proactively identifies and creates<br />
sustainable processes and collaborations; brings people together across internal and external organizational<br />
boundaries; and effectively guides individuals and teams to work together for a common purpose<br />

• Colleen's previous leadership roles include: General Manager, Senior Business Director, Business Director, and<br />
Regional Manager. She has led local and regional sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and R&D<br />
