This signed very rare picture is of particular interest to racing
fans as it is the 1955 Mercedes-Benz F1 team, who included:
Director Uhlenhaut, J.M.Fangio, P.Taruffi, Stirling Moss, Karl
Kling and team manager Rennleiter Neubauer.

alright, and we made up. We both went overseas to a few
Grand Prix’s together and he sold me a quarter share in the
Ferrari 250LM.”
In 1984 we raced at Laguna Seca where there were five
other 250LMs and we finished in front of all of them.”
“I drove Historic racers overseas for the next 10 years for
Kerry Manolas,” said Martin.
“We had a lot of success: As the photos show, we won at
the Nürburgring, Magny Cours, Monaco, Silverstone and at
Laguna Seca - where we won the Phil Hill award for the best
presented and driven car at the meeting. This was the first
time anyone outside the USA had won this trophy and they
were not happy - but had no other option to let us have the
trophy as the car was in Concours condition.
In addition to the Ferrari 250LM, I have raced a Ferrari 250
Pontoon Testarossa, a Ferrari 196S, 375MM plus Ferrari,
250 SWB Ferraris, 250 TDF (Tour De France) Ferrari, a 300
S Maserati, an Alpha T33 and the ex-Stirling Moss C-Type
Jaguar, (where Stirling came second at Le Mans) plus many
other cars with Kerry.”
Spencer drove Porsches well into the 2000’s with Warwick
Miller, whose cars included a 2.8L Porsche RSR, a 906 Le
Mans car and a 2.7L Carrera.
