PEOPLE IM & CE Team are involved in a 360º evaluation and development program which started with two offsite Teambuildings held at Marriot Praia del Rey Hotel. This is an ongoing program that aims to find team purpose in order to increase companionship, affiliation and increase engagement and commitment with company culture and goals. It consisted in two different moments in the morning “Jogos Sem Fronteiras” and in the afternoon classroom activities enhancing High Performance Teams characteristics. IM TEAM EVENT
