The increase in ratio of bonded debt to assessed value and per capita amount from 2013 to 2104 is directly related to the general obligation alternative revenue source bonds to finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of FitNation. It is the DEBT SERVICE REQUIREMENTS TO MATURITY The chart on the following page shows the Gurnee Park District’s debt service requirements through their maturity. In fiscal year 2015-16 the Park District refunded the 2005 Hunt Club Park Community Center debt certificates, leaving only Alternate Revenue Source and General Obligation Bonds outstanding. intention of the Park District to use revenues from fitness operations to pay debt service on these bonds.
