RECREATION The Park District’s fees and charges revenue comes mainly from recreation program registrations and fitness memberships. Shown below are examples of two performance measurement tables the District tracks on a regular basis. The first table shows the total recreation program registrations by function for the last ten years. The second table shows the fitness membership and facility usage activity over the last fiscal year. Aquatic Center Operations GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Aquatic Center Operations area is responsible for all of the operations at the Hunt Club Park Aquatic Center. The Aquatic Center is an award winning facility with numerous amenities including a zero depth entry for swimmers, numerous exciting slides, cascading waterfall, large activity pool, concessions, sand volleyball courts and a spray ground. The Aquatic Center Operations area manages all these areas providing patrons with an inviting, clean and safe aquatic facility. AQUATIC CENTER OPERATIONS – FUNDS INCLUDED Hunt Club Park Aquatic Center Fund AQUATIC CENTER OPERATIONS: Aquatic Center Administration Administration provides leadership and support to the Aquatic Center operation, maintenance and improvements to the Hunt Club Park Aquatic Center. The Administration also handles the budget, tracks Aquatic center operations Aquatic Manager – Kara Moss, CPRP staffing hours and scheduling of employees. Lifeguards The award winning lifeguards are responsible for patron safety. Attendants The attendants monitor the flow of patrons from the slide area to the pool area to insure patron safety. Concessions Aquatic Center Coordinator – Kevin Born The Aquatic Center operations area is responsible for the management and daily operations of the Cattail Café & Grill. Landscape Maintenance General maintenance and upkeep of all district grounds turf, trees, shrubs and landscape areas and turf maintenance of the Aquatic Center. Facility Maintenance The Aquatic Center operations area repairs and monitors the facility in the areas of mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing.
