The Debt Counsellor will submit documents to<br />
the court about their plan for your debts. These<br />
documents will talk about your (the consumer)<br />
situation. The court will want to know if you<br />
know about the debt review and agree with<br />
the debt review. To make this nice and legal<br />
you need to sign a court document called an<br />
affidavit. This shows that you agree with the<br />
plan.
