#18 Massive Surveys<br />
Just surveyed 1245 students and 47 teachers as part of<br />
my research. NO transcrib<strong>in</strong>g was necessary such that as<br />
a very part-time student I have accrued as much analysisfriendly<br />
data as a full-time student us<strong>in</strong>g paper this semester.<br />
Top tip: If you use <strong>the</strong> 'checkbox' option,<br />
<strong>to</strong> count <strong>the</strong> number of entries for each<br />
choice, download <strong>in</strong> Excel and use<br />
=IF(ISNUMBER(FIND("term",$cell)),1,0)<br />
<strong>in</strong> a column for each term. This saves HOURS<br />
