I have tra<strong>in</strong>ed all <strong>the</strong> teachers at school <strong>to</strong> develop and ma<strong>in</strong>ta<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir<br />

own websites, and <strong>the</strong>y love <strong>to</strong> <strong>in</strong>clude and use <strong>Google</strong> forms.<br />

They use <strong>the</strong>m for example for collect<strong>in</strong>g:<br />

● students <strong>in</strong>fo: email, address, phone number<br />

● parents <strong>in</strong>fo: email, address, phone number<br />

● volunteers<br />

● students express <strong>in</strong>terest on different <strong>to</strong>pics (multiple choice) so<br />

<strong>the</strong>y can be grouped by <strong>the</strong>ir first or second choice <strong>in</strong> a project/class<br />

activity<br />

● self study sign <strong>in</strong>/out times with students<br />

● tu<strong>to</strong>rials sign up<br />
