What you need<br />

1 apple<br />

¼ cup peanut butter or almond<br />

butter<br />

¼ cup shredded coconut<br />

¼ cup pecans, chopped<br />

¼ cup chocolate chips<br />

honey<br />

What you do<br />

Slice apple into thin rings.<br />

Be sure to remove any of the<br />

core and seeds!<br />

Spread nut butter over one<br />

side of ring.<br />

Top with coconut, pecans and<br />

chocolate chips and honey<br />
