Failure of main pipeline «Kramatorsk-Donetsk-Mariupol» DN
1000 and gas pipeline branch to GMS «Donetsk-2» DN 500
1. Failure caused by fighting
2. The failure was eliminated in cooperation with military
force of Ukraine including 49 workers and 21 special
purpose vehicles:
• 48 workers of Main Pipeline Division KHARKIVTRANSGAZ;
• 1 worker of Centre for Technical Inspection
TECHDIAGAS.
3. Emergency recovery works:
• start: 7 10 a.m 12.06.15
• finish: 4 00 p.m 16.09.15
• duration: 105 hours
4. Gas leakage - 5,1 Mcm , gas cost UAH 29, 5 mln.

Failure of main pipeline «Soiuz» DN 1400 on the 2577 th кm
1. Failure caused by depressurization of a ring weld in
mountainous area
2. The depressurization of the ring weld was caused by
assembly defects and by the ring weld at the stage of
pipeline construction.
3. The failure was eliminated by 62 workers and 24 special
purpose vehicles :
• 54 workers of Main Pipeline Division
PRYKARPATTRANSGAZ
• 5 workers of Construction Division UKRGASPROMBUD
• 3 workers of Centre for Technical Inspection TECHDIAGAS
4. Emergency recovery works :
• start: 8 00 a.m 02.01.16 ;
• finish: 3 00 a.m 05.01.16;
• duration: 63 hours
5. Gas leakage 809 thous. cub.m , gas cost UAH 6 mln.

Failure of main pipeline «Komarno-Drozdovychi» DN 500 on the 6 th кm
1. Failure was caused by depressurization of heat-affected
zone of manufacture longitudinal joint for pipe spool with
length of 6 m and consequential breakage of this section with
length of 4,5 m and fragment ejections on the ground.
2. The depressurization was caused by a stress corrosion
crack.
3. The failure was eliminated by 69 workers and 22 special
purpose vehicles :
• 60 workers of Main Pipeline Division LVIVTRANSGAZ
• 6 workers of Construction Division UKRGASPROMBUD
• 3 workers of Centre for Technical Inspection TECHDIAGAS
4. Emergency recovery works:
• start: 9 10 p.m 10.01.16
• finish: 10 55 a.m 12 .01. 2016;
• duration: 38 hours
5. Gas leakage 859 thous. mcm, cost UAH 5,5 mln

Failure of main pipeline «АTI» on the 178 th кm
1. Failure caused by through fault of pipe (crack) on the pipe
of cold rolling.
2. The failure was caused likely by cycle load for this pipe
section which seemed to be appeared during construction
when cold rolling had been performed with technological
process disruption .
3. The failure was eliminated by 88 workers and 30 special
purpose vehicles :
• 49 workers of Main Pipeline Division PRYKARPATTRANSGAZ
• 37 workers of Construction Division UKRGASPROMBUD
• 2 workers of Centre for Technical Inspection TECHDIAGAS
4. Emergency recovery works:
• start: 7 36 p.m 29.08.16
• finish: 9 10 p.m 02.08.16
• duration: 98 hours
5. Gas leakage 445 thous. mcm, cost UAH 2,7mln.

Failure of main pipeline «Dashava - Minsk» DN 800 looping
1. Failure caused by depressurization of pipe section
2. The depressurization was caused by metal laminations of
pipe on the section with size 150х370 mm resulted in
metal hardness deprivation on this section and pipe
opening with length of 14 meters
3. The failure was eliminated by 76 workers and 23 special
purpose vehicles :
• 67 workers of Main Pipeline Division LVIVTRANSGAZ
• 6 workers of Construction Division UKRGASPROMBUD .
• 3 workers of Centre for Technical Inspection TECHDIAGAS
4. Emergency recovery works:
