Human Resource Development and Work Culture<br />

Believing that our staff members are our most valuable<br />

asset, we make an effort to develop the ability and<br />

productivity of our staff at all levels. We encourage<br />

a happy work culture, foster relationships with them<br />

at every level in the organisation, and make them<br />

express their views and share their ideas to bring<br />

about improvements in the organisation towards the<br />

achievement of the common goals described in our vision<br />

& mission statements.<br />

Our staff members take pride in their work as they are<br />

given due respect and by being empathetic and sensitive<br />

to each others needs. We make every endeavour to<br />

Staff members of the organization are mainly categorised<br />

in to the following grades.<br />

1. Directors - Director General, Internal Directors &<br />

Regional Directors<br />

2. Executives - Managers, Accountants, Asst.<br />

Managers, Mobilizers, Project Implementation Officers<br />

(Engineering), Project Officers (Health) & other Officers,<br />

Accounts Executives, Computer Programmers and<br />

Secretaries.<br />

3. Support Staff - Computer Operators, Confidential<br />

Stenographers, Project Assistants, Clerks, Data Entry<br />

Operators, Office Assistants/Aides and Drivers.<br />

Human Resource Procedure<br />

The Director-Administration and Human Resource<br />

Development is assisted by the Manager-TS&P, Manager-<br />

Admin. & Operation and Senior Assistant Manager-<br />

Admin. & HRD to take the responsibility for implementing<br />

the Human Resource Development and Administration<br />
