Appreciative Inquiry is a tool for supporting change and development in<br />
organisations. Working from the principle that teams and organisations are<br />
always effective in some way, even when situations are challenging, AI is<br />
a process of understanding in detail what is working and how it is working<br />
and then using that information to learn about what people can do if they are<br />
feeling stuck or if the team needs to change in some way. AI is a strengths<br />
based approach and can be used with any size of group or team. It is an<br />
effective way of achieving change in a way that values and empowers those<br />
who take part.<br />
