Action Learning Sets<br />
Action learning sets are one approach that can be used to foster learning in the<br />
workplace. It is a method of problem solving and learning in groups to bring<br />
about change for individuals, teams and organisations. The emphasis is on<br />
learning from experience and then acting on that learning.<br />
The Action Learning Set approach provides a structured way of working in<br />
small groups or 5 to 6 people which can provide the structure needed to help<br />
learn effectively, and improve practice as a result.<br />
We deliver this on a bespoke basis with a minimum time for<br />
delivery of two days delivered as four half days.<br />
