New Renault Truck drives success
for SPV Group
SPV are
delighted
to have
taken delivery of
a new Renault
Crane Lorry to
add to our
extensive fleet of
vehicles.
The Renault
C440 model was
purpose made
for SPV Group
by Renault
Trucks, Fred
Smith Motor
bodies and HMF Cranes all to our specific requirements and specification.
The truck offers increased running efficiency as Renault trucks engines are
developed using proven technology offering reduced fuel consumption,
maintenance costs and exceptional load capacity ensuring a high degree of
productivity.
As the vehicle is fully compliant with the Euro 5 standards, it offers significant
environmental benefits for the business. Furthermore by reducing the need for
multi drops to our sites, the lorry has reduced SPV’s carbon footprint and our
overall emissions as a Company.
The lorry is not only part of SPV’s long term investment strategy, it is essential
for the efficient running of the business.
The lorry is indispensable for reducing logistics when setting up and clearing
the sites we operate nationwide and it also reduces our requirement to hire in
plant and equipment.
Furthermore it offers significant safety benefits on site by reducing the need for
manual handing and the associated risks that come alongside this.
Co-op, Harrogate
SPV Group have recently completed
the tiling project at The Co-op
Store, Harrogate.
The project involved the supply and
erection of scaffolding for safe access to
the works.
The existing tiles and battens were
stripped off then new breather
membrane and tanalised timber battens
were fixed on the exsting rafters and
eaves protection trays.
New concrete roof tiles were then laid to
manufacturer’s recommendations to best
match the original tiles complete with all
required detail works.
Four Seasons
Shopping Centre,
Mansfield
SPV have recently completed the
roofing works at Four Seasons
Shopping Centre, Mansfield.
Working on behalf of our Client, Jones
Lang Lasalle, the project involved the
supply and installation of a Polyglass
Built up felt roofing system.
All works were completed within agreed
time scales and all as per agreed
budgets.
Lidl Weston Super
Mare
SPV have recently complete the
cladding works at Lidl Weston Super
Mare. Our remit was the supply and
installation of composite panels to the
main store roof, Kingspan top deck panels
to the loading bay roof.
The contract also involved the supply and
installation of Ash & lacy Alucobond
panels to all elevations.
All works were completed within time
scales and within agreed budgets.
