PART B: THE AMENDMENT All of this part of the document entitled Part B: THE AMENDMENT, consisting of the following text and attached maps entitled Schedules '1' and '2' attached hereto, constitutes Amendment No. xx to the Official Plan of the Township of King Planning Area, as amended by Official Plan Amendment No. 540, being the King City Community Plan in conformity with the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan, as amended (the "Official Plan"). 1. Details of the Amendment Item 1: Schedule 4, the Land Use and Transportation Strategy for the King City Community Plan, as amended by Official Plan Amendment No. 540, is further amended by changing the land use designation from "Environmental Protection Area", "Estate Residential 3 Area", "Low Density Residential 1 Area" to "Environmental Protection Area", "Low Density Residential 1 Area - Policy Section 7.3.3(xx)", and "Medium Density Residential Area - Policy Section 7.10.3(xx)", as shown on Schedules 'V and '2' attached to OPA xx.
