This Is an application to permit 318 residential units (consisting of 68 single detached and<br />

250 dwellings in a medium density block) located in the northwest quadrant of King City. The<br />

lands are rolling with relativelysteep slopes in areas, ail of which is located within the Oak<br />

Ridges Moraine regulated area. Itis proposed to provide connections for roads and services to<br />

King Road and Manitou Drive.<br />
