Policies<br />
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 7.3.1 of this Plan and any other<br />
provisions of this Plan to the contrary, the use of the subject lands shall be<br />
developed by plan of subdivision to include 68 residential units comprised of<br />
single detached dwellings at a maximum net density of approximately 6 units per<br />
hectare (2.3 units per acre). Net density, for the purpose of this policy, means<br />
the area of the subject lands including only the single detached dwelling lots and<br />
local roads.<br />
Item 3:<br />
Section 7.10 of the King City Community Plan, being the Land Use Strategy -<br />
Medium Density Residential Area and Policies, is hereby amended by adding the<br />
following subsection.<br />

Policies<br />
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 7.10.1 of this Plan and any other<br />
provisions of this Plan to the contrary, the use of the subject lands shall be<br />
developed by plan of subdivision and site plan approval to include a maximum of<br />
250 residential units comprised of apartment and/or townhouse dwellings at a<br />
maximum net density of approximately 43 units per hectare (17.7 units per acre).<br />
Net density, for the purpose of this policy, means the area of the subject lands<br />
including only the medium density residential block and local roads.<br />
